In his new role, Jack reports to VDC’s head of sales, Jason Shaw, and will work closely with the sales team to look after customer relationships and actively seeking out new opportunities.

Born and raised in Auckland in New Zealand, Jack has five years’ experience in the retail space and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, having majored in finance and accounting.

“From the moment I walked in the door, I could tell that VDC supported its customers and its staff – and I didn’t hesitate saying yes when I was offered this job.  I have a great interest in music and culture and this job ticks both boxes, giving me the opportunity to learn,” said Jack.  “I know how to relate to customers, how to help them and I work very hard in understanding their values.  I’m delighted to work for a company that has such a passion for the music industry and delivering to customers.
