What are your thoughts on your recent promotion to the position of CRE Supervisor?

It was a pleasant surprise to receive the official title for the job I had been unofficially doing for a while! I have always enjoyed helping people, both our clients and my colleagues, and this promotion allows me to do so on a greater level. I am excited to accept the responsibility and contribute to the success of VDC in this new role.

Can you tell me about your experience with VDC so far? Any shout outs?

My experience with VDC has been great so far. There is a strong sense of unity and shared purpose among the team. It feels like we are all working towards the same goal, and there is a genuine support system where everyone has each other's backs. It has been truly awesome to collaborate with such driven individuals who are dedicated to delivering the best results.

I would like to give a shout out to my colleagues who have been instrumental in my growth and success at VDC. Their guidance, support, and teamwork have been invaluable, and I am grateful to be part of such a dynamic and motivated group!
