How to order
You can use our site to order anything from our complete
product range.
Your completed
order will then
be immediately entered onto our order processing system and
a member of our sales or technical team will contact you shortly
to confirm your
requirements.
We also accept payment for all orders by personal cheque, bankers draft, or direct transfer.
Unfortunately goods will not be dispatched until funds have cleared. For customers who hold a trade account, the account must be within the agreed terms before goods are dispatched.

technical support teams are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and take great pride in their
work. They are employed to make sure that ordering from VDC is a refreshingly simple and
straightforward experience.

Our sales department is open from 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. All sales
personnel are fully trained to handle any enquiry. Our technical support
team will advise, design and build systems, as well as provide you with
all the relevant specification sheets and CAD drawings.

or services exclude carriage and VAT. Whilst VDC endeavours to maintain
prices, fluctuations outside of our control do occur. In the event of
